Create a group in the sidebar's camera group settings, search by camera name or location, and just check the boxes to assign them. Pick a group filter and the screen fills with that group's cameras.

Set the viewing order and cameras lay out that way

Drag a row or use the arrows to reorder, then apply — cameras fall into place in that order across 2×2 and 3×3 layouts. The order holds even as you page through.
