Terms of Service

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users in relation to the use of services provided by AI Pro Co., Ltd.

• "Service" refers to all services provided through the Company's website and related platforms, including AI video analysis solution information, inquiry handling, and technical content.
• "User" refers to anyone who uses the Service under these Terms, including Members (registered users) and Non-members.
• "Content" refers to images, text, data, and any other information related to the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service from the date of consent until termination of use.

The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable laws. Users will be notified at least 7 days (or 30 days for material changes) before amendments take effect via notice on the website.

Individual service terms may apply in addition to these Terms. The Company may notify users via email or website announcements.

Services are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to change service content, fees, or availability, and will notify users in advance of material changes.

The Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate the Service in cases of user violations, technical issues, or business reasons. Prior notice will be provided where possible.

The Company shall maintain stable service and protect user privacy. Users must not misuse the Service, infringe third-party rights, or share account credentials with others.

All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to the Company. Either party may terminate the agreement under specified conditions.

The Company is liable for damages caused by its gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Service is provided "as-is" and the Company disclaims liability for matters beyond its control, including force majeure events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.

(1) You may withdraw from a paid purchase and receive a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided you have not activated the license.

(2) Once a license is activated, provision of the digital content is deemed to have begun, and your right of withdrawal may be limited under Article 17(2) of Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. The Company offers a trial before purchase and discloses this limitation on the payment screen.

(3) Notwithstanding (2), you may still request withdrawal if: (a) the service materially differs from what was advertised or contracted — within 3 months of first being able to use the service, or within 30 days of becoming aware of the discrepancy; or (b) you cannot normally use the service due to a cause attributable to the Company.

(4) Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account; billing stops from the next billing date, and you retain access through the end of the period already paid for.

(5) For annual subscriptions cancelled after activation, the refund is calculated as: payment amount − (months used × standard monthly price) − a cancellation fee (10% of the remaining balance). Months used are counted from the payment date to the cancellation request date, rounding any partial month up to a full month. If cancellation is due to a cause attributable to the Company, the unused period is refunded in full without the cancellation fee.

(6) The Company cancels the charge within 3 business days of receiving a withdrawal or refund request; the time for funds to actually appear may vary by card issuer.
