Consent below to receive product news and event invitations. Declining places no restriction on registration or use of the service.

AI Pro Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) uses personal information as described below in order to send members advertising information such as product news, feature updates, and event invitations.

This consent is optional and is obtained separately from the required consents given at registration.

This English text is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.

1. Purpose of Use, Items, and Retention Period

This consent does not involve the collection of any new personal information. It additionally uses, for advertising purposes, the information you already provided at registration.

2. Delivery Channel and Sending Hours

Advertising information is sent by email only. It is not sent by telephone or SMS.

The Company does not send advertising information during night-time hours, from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the following day. Where night-time delivery is necessary, separate consent is obtained pursuant to Article 50(3) of the Network Act.

When advertising information is sent, “(광고)” — meaning “advertisement” — is displayed at the beginning of the subject line, and the body states the Company name, contact details, and the method for opting out, as required by Article 61 of the Enforcement Decree.

3. How to Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw consent to receive advertising information at any time, free of charge.

The Company will notify you of the outcome within 14 days from the date you express your intent to opt out or withdraw consent (Network Act Article 50(7)).

Even after withdrawal, emails necessary for performing the contract and for account security — such as email verification, password reset, and notices of amendments to the terms — will continue to be sent. These do not constitute advertising information.

4. Periodic Confirmation of Consent

Pursuant to Article 62-3 of the Enforcement Decree of the Network Act, the Company confirms whether you wish to continue receiving advertising information every two years from the date consent was given.

At that time, the Company will inform you of the sender name, the date and fact of your consent, and how to indicate whether you wish to maintain or withdraw it. If you do not respond, your existing consent remains in effect.

5. Right to Refuse Consent and Consequences of Refusal

You are free to decline

This consent is optional and may be refused.

Refusing places no restriction or disadvantage whatsoever on registration or use of the service. The Company does not refuse to provide services on the ground that this consent has been declined (PIPA Article 22(5)).

If you decline, however, you will not receive product news, event invitations, or technical materials.
