  1. Verify that the license has been registered correctly. 

     Obtain the code by clicking the 'Issue Device Registration Code' button on the license page and register the license code in the Dashboard under Settings > License Management.

  If a photo like the following is displayed, the license has been registered successfully. 

   

  (Allocated to only 1 PC per license)

  2. When the plan appears registered correctly on the screen, but the purchased plan is not applied

  Windows shows a warning when I download or run the installer.

  Right after a new release, Windows and your browser have not yet collected reputation information for the file, so a warning may appear. Please follow the steps below.

  If your browser blocks the download Open the downloads list, click the more options (⋮) next to the file, and select Keep or Download anyway.

  If a Windows protected your PC dialog appears when you run the file Click More info in the dialog, then select Run anyway.

  You can remove VistaPro from Windows Settings.

  1. Go to Start → Settings → Apps → Installed apps.
  2. Find VistaPro in the list and select Uninstall.
  3. You can also uninstall it from Control Panel → Programs and Features.

  If you are using a Pro plan license, release the device before uninstalling. Each license can be registered to only one PC, so if you uninstall without releasing it, you will not be able to register the license on another PC.

  You can release the device in either of two places:

  • VistaPro Dashboard: Preferences > Licenses > Advanced Actions > Unregister Device
  • AIPro website: Sign in, open the Licenses page, and click Release device

  If you have already uninstalled the program, release it from the website. Paid features on the released PC fall back to the Free plan within 24 hours. To use the license on a new PC, issue a new code on the Licenses page and register it.

  Components installed alongside VistaPro are removed with it, so there is nothing else to delete.

  Uninstalling also deletes all settings and detection history, and nothing is left on the PC. If you need any records, please check them before uninstalling.

  This is normal. VistaPro runs as three components — INETCentral, INETEngine, and inet-app-server — and each one opens its own command window.

  Do not close these windows. If any one of them is closed, video analysis stops. You can minimize them to the taskbar instead.

  • Check if you have an internet connection. 
    • The Free and Pro plans are available only in internet environments with an external connection. If you need a closed network, please use the Business plan.
      • For inquiries: Use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom right
  • Make sure the INETCentral, INETEngine, and inet-app-server terminals are running.
    • The program will run properly only if all three are on.

  • Please check the CCTV codec

    • This program is currently h.Supports only the 264 and h.265 codecs. 

  • Please check the CCTV/NVR stream

    • RTSP addresses vary by CCTV/NVR manufacturer. 
    • Supports ONVIF discovery within the program, but cannot be used if ONVIF is not supported on the same network or CCTV. In this case, please enter the RTSP manually. 

  • Please check the CCTV IP address

    • The IP assigned to the camera/NVR must be accessible from the PC. If the IP ranges differ, you must configure port forwarding to allow access.

  • The video may appear choppy because it is paused during updates. Please check again after the update is complete.

  1. In Dashboard > Preferences > Licenses, click the 'Unregister Device' button under Advanced Actions

  2. After the cancellation is successfully processed, click the 'Reissue Code' button on the license page and register the issued code in the dashboard.

  VistaPro supports Windows 10/11 (64-bit).

  The Free plan and the Pro plan with a CPU license run on standard PCs with integrated graphics, a 7th-generation Intel Core i5 or later, and at least 16 GB of RAM.

  AMD CPUs and graphics are not supported.

  Both the Free and Pro plans require an internet connection for updates and version control.

  The closed network (offline) environment supports the Business plan only.

  Yes. You can download and use the Free plan without signing up or logging in, with no time limit.

  The Free plan has the following limitations:

  - Channels: Supports up to 3 channels in total: 1 AI fire detection channel and 2 monitoring channels. - Real-time alerts and email notifications are not included. - Fire monitoring and map-based monitoring are not included. - Inference runs on the CPU only.

  The Free plan also includes multi-view live viewing, camera grouping and ordering, AI fire and smoke detection, statistics, detection history, automated reports, and future updates.
