Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Paddle provides legally required reminders and price-increase notices. Cancel from your account or the Paddle management link in your receipt; renewal cancellation and refunds are separate.

Paddle reviews discretionary requests submitted within 14 days of payment; approval is not guaranteed. Mandatory withdrawal and defect remedies take priority. Request review through Paddle support. Domestic PortOne refund calculations do not apply to Paddle purchases.
